"Who are the people we often refer to as scammers? What do they do and by what appellation do they present themselves?" No day goes by, especially in the major cities of the world, without news, comments about certain fraudulent activity or transactions not mentioned in news reportage. Yet, the news of such unscrupulous activities fizzles out as fast as they are reported to the public. Although, that depends on the nation and continent of the world from which the news emanates from. It is common knowledge that certain nations are very receptive to fraudulent activities, while others offer cold shoulders. To those that are receptive, would it be right to say that the vast population of such countries are more or less complacent and people with no conscience gauge?
