How do you deduce and narrow down the macro-economic policies to the micro-economic realities ? Often, when the government of the day institutes or promotes a certain economic policy , the trickle-down effect is always felt by everybody - rich or poor, employed or unemployed. Yet, the way they react and adjust to this reality differs from household to household, institution to institution. However, from observations noted at such critical moments and periods, especially with the worst economic down-turn. The employees look to their employers, as the employers also look to the government for favorable and cushioning effects that would protect local businesses from the rising cost of production .
